The air conditioning worked perfectly.

There were huge and neat rooms with terrace. Location: the hotel was close to Marco Island and Marco Island/Naples and everglades national park...

It had a new tv, was clean and a good deal for the price and close to where I needed to be. If you need a clean place to stay and your going to be in the local area its ok for a a night or two.

The a/c and the fridge were not turned on the day we were arriving so the room was warm and musty when I entered and I had to get the manager to get the fridge running before I could put anything in it.

Can just recommend for a weekend outing

Comfortable room, clean room, great amenities, including free wi-fi, free parking, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool, all in a convenient location near the airport for easy travel.

Everything was exemplary.

The hotel was adequate as was the breakfast. We had a room on the 2nd level which helped and the room was very clean. I would stay again if I could be assured of getting a room on the 2nd level in the "new" building. Not that new, but newer than the rest.

Was definitely dated and not close to much. We were visiting friends who lived near by so it worked. I wouldn't stay with my family as a vacation spot. Would recommend for the right situation.

The outdoor pool and the cozy garden area offered perfect spots to unwind after a long day. My only wish is that they provided breakfast, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

Everything was brand-new, easy location close enough to Marco Island and everglades national park, very polite staff. The rooms were neat and spacious with terrace, double bed, just what was needed.

I picked Conty'S Motel for a quick stay, mainly due to its low price. The location worked great. Everything I wanted to do was just a short drive away. The motel itself felt pretty basic but manageable. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was friendly, which helped ease some of my initial concerns. The rooms were definitely outdated. The air conditioner was pretty loud, and the shower had weak water pressure, disappointing. I also noticed the common areas needed more maintenance. The pool looked uninviting and was in need of a good cleaning. Plus, the lack of toiletries was a hassle since I had to go buy my own. I was hoping for a continental breakfast, but that wasn't provided either. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the effort for daily cleaning of the room.

Room was reasonable in price. Within 15 to 20 minutes from town for meals.

The pool was full of bugs and water level was down so that skimmers or filters could not work properly. Sharp metal poles from something broken off next to the pool where people could step on them and put one of them through their foot. I was not able to use the pool. Promised Continental Breakfast and never found a location where one would be located at. Bedspreads on one of the beds was very thread bare and had holes in many places on the coverlet.

The motel was a real upside suprise. It was imaculate, newly painted, and quiet with a kindly staff. Somebody really cares here. It may be a bit outside of the city (Naples) but it is well worth the money.

The motel provided a surprisingly comfy stay with clean rooms and decent amenities, especially for a budget option. Some aspects like outdated furniture and minor cleanliness issues detracted from the overall experience. Still, it offered good value with its convenient fridge and microwave.

Good location to discover Everglades. Nice big and clean room, Wi Fi free, parking free.

one of the building (the closest to the road 41) is very noisy during the day and night and far from Naples, without car it is not possible to move anywhere (very bad public transportation in Naples!)
